Im no longer a member of kaiser but want 2 request my immunzation record for school. how do i do that ASAP?

i called kaiser but the line was for current members and to make appointments...i really need a copy of my immunization record. i have a print out of the authorization form but i dont think its gonna help me in time. i need this for school ASAP. i'm mad because back when i got my shots done, nobody asked to see my immunization record so they can doent my shots on there. Now i'm in this predicament and i dont think its fair
