Cost of Planning Appeals?

I am a Chartered Town Planner (consultant), if you would like to me to have a look for you I could let you know a price for doing an appeal (even on a no win no fee basis)?... in essence though if you go down the written rep appeal route there would be no cost (ie no fee to the Inspectorate) and no cost if you loose (ie large bill from Council). If you go down the Hearing/Inquiry route there may be a claim for costs against you. Depending on what the proposal is I would not recommend anything but a written statement. The only real cost comes from somebody (a consultant) handling the appeal for you.
