Banana allergy does this sound like it?

My 8 mth old baby has cows milk protien intolerance, possible wheat, oat and glutan allergies, Today i fed her a full banana (at lunch time) and well slowley her eczema has flared up and well tonight she kept sticking her tongue out her nose started running, and went red, she then started to do like a cough and then tried to cry out, i gave her a dose of antihistimine and it all settled down, Do you think this is a allergic reaction, She is fine now and i have spoken to a nurse at the hospital who said that i have done all i can, but my question is does this sound like it is an allergic reaction to bananas.
