I need to transpose columns and rows in Excel (normally easy) but....please see the details?

You haven't indicated the coding style used to indicate columns and rows, but I would infer that your style is $A$1. If that is so, then transposing your columns would cause a problem. However, if you use A1 coding style, then you can transpose columns and the formulas will automatically update to the new column indicators correctly.
