How come Natasha Bedingfield's new album hasn't been as successful as her previous albums?

Through AOL listening party, I heard the entire album and I didn't like most of the tracks. The worst one is the one with the sample of "Let it Rock" by Kevin Rudolf. It doesn't seem like her. It's her worst album by far. Also, I think her PR sucks. I haven't seen her promoting it. I haven't seen anything! No tv performances, interviews, sneak peeks. Nothing! I stumbled across the listening party while checking out other artists.
