Why do some people make bad choices?

I don't want anyone other than myself determining what or whatnot my health or habits should be. If I wanted to live in a dictatorship, I would go to Cuba or N, Korea. If you think that having a bunch of government stooges breathing down your back checking everything you do is great, then I suggest one of the two aforementioned countries would be right for you. I will even throw in a couple a bucks for your one way ticket.
