Workin hard to pay down debt?

im a salon owner very small business only one other stylist there besides myself the salon is not bringin in enough money to cover all the bills and i have a mort. payment along with other household bills and 7 credit card bills i just paid off installment loan and want to get another to payoff credit card wit 24% not sure wat to do because loan will i have the same rate and will appear on my credit that im futher in debt say i borrow 2000 finance charges 700 it will appear on my credit report that i owe 2700 which makes me 700 deeper in debt pls. give me advice on wat to do
