What four-wheeler is best for hunting?
I have Honda Ranchers, and I love them. However, my wife has a Kawasaki Prairie and one advantage is that if you are riding down a trail and see a deer, you can just grab her shift knob and pull back and you're in reverse. On the Ranchers, I have to work my way through the gears to neutral, press the lockout on, then shift again to get into reverse. It sounds small, but it takes a lot more time. For your particular situation though, I would probably recommend the Arctic Cat. Mainly for the 2 rider capability, but you also get lots of ground clearance and fully auto shifting. Not to mention a reasonable price.
