Two C's what would that be?

I'm in high school and I'm not good at math. In my math cl though I'm been trying very hard and have received 2 C's. I'm struggling this quarter and I'm worried about ping. If I were to receive F and then get a D or another F the next quarter would I still be able to p this year? I've asked my teacher but he won't tell me because he's says it would affect my devotion to the cl, but I'm just really stressed and would like to know. Can someone help?
