My dog has worms will my cat get them?

i just got a puppy yesterday and he was pritty lazy today so i was worried cause puppies are full of energy he is only 7 weeks old... he **** in the house a few times but i clean it up right away.. but i have a cat who has kittens and i know that if she has worms she can p the virus thru her milk... can she get worms if she was anywhere near the pooh? i am sooooo worried i want them to be ok... my kittens are 4 weeks old can i get them dewormed now to be safe or are they too young?
