Hire the best person. To hire people according to race is reverse Prejudice . This is what our government is promoting. I am sorry but, if i was a supervisor and if I got one decent acting person out of a bunch of yo homies who did not know how to talk I am hiring them regardless of race. Just because you are a minority does not mean you are not responsible for how you conduct your self. This goes for all races. I will not listen to how many fights you got into in the work place nor will I put up with a drug addict coming to work tweaking. Regardless of race you are responsible for your conduct and attitude and if you were to come into my business not knowing how to talk or the first words out of your mouth were yo dooo you darn sure are not getting hired. Also if you have to test for a job we should all have to take the same test that deals with the job. It should not be biased towards race like it is for minorities now days. Why does the difficulty of an exam and color have anything to do with each other. It is your responsibility to study and p it regardless to what color you are.
