How hard is it to answer a simple question? why can my husband never do it?

i ask him simple thing throughout the day and he dances around my answers like r u hungry? it takes a ten minute conversation of back and forth bickering for him to answer then i finally give in and eat and guess what 30 minutes later he hungry its like this i have to explain thing to him several times its like he ADHD or something he never acted like this until this past year! why can't he just answer its me its gets even worse when it comes to bigger things i tell him how i feel and he says this is the first i have heard of it and i have already told him several times! WTF! its driving me crazy! i am totally lost
