Does the Conservative base not know they caused the immigration issue?

Republicans are masters at getting people to ignore the real issues...they yell hes a socialist ...or hey guys what about immigrants getting health coverage hey what about our illegal aliens problem ...sadly they scream it enough and then they get people to try to address it and the real issue gets lost in an argument that had nothing to do with what we were talking about in the first place
