Do you think this a reaonsable weight loss goal?

No. Eat in small portions like not two bowls of spaghetti. How about one. And exercise for 2 hours a day 5 days a week. And don't eat during exercise. Eat about an hour before, then exercise then you can eat again. Limit it to that much food a day and you will see results faster.
