Are they creating a second intersect agent on "Chuck"?

Are they creating a second person that has the ability to flash like Chuck can. I was watching the promo for " Chuck versus the Nacho Sampler". It showed another character who has an intersect in his brain. If they are creating a second person with the intersect, I think that it is not good. One of the great things about Chuck is that he is the only person with the ability to access the intersect.
