20 weeks pregnant and worried?

i had hot dogs and bologna while on a camping trip. we just got home today. both we grilled for at least 15 mins. i just got my pregnancy newsletter in my email warning of listerious!! now im terrified that i may have hurt the baby!! am i and baby gonna be ok? i go for my ultrasound to find out what the baby is tomorrow and now im terrified instead of excited!
